Brooklands, situated on a farm track just off the A493 at Friog, Fairbourne, is a 2 bedroomed cottage, with full central heating, bath and separate shower unit in the bathroom, comfy living room including sofa bed and woodburning stove, separate dining room and a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.  The accommodation comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.

There is a private garden to the rear and car parking space to the front.
